We want you to feel confident and beautiful in your Kat the Label pieces, which is why we offer a seamless return process for all eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all garments are returned in their original condition, unworn and with all lace and silk tags intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back for a refund or store credit.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully fold your lingerie items and place them in the original packaging to prevent damage to delicate lace or underwires during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return to ensure it meets our hygiene standards, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
